Cold in heart and shallow in mind
are the wicked men and women of our day.
Nothing more than bones to find
at the feet of those who chose to stay.
Negativity in my heart
disease under my skin.
Narrow-minded thinking
Making everything thin.
Self-obsessed, narcissistic
everyone is out for blood.
In a world where no one feels my pain
I am misunderstood.
