I didn't know something

I didn't know something,
Something was wrong with me.
I just looked passed it, blindly couldn't see.
I blamed my problems on those who I was among.

I was harassed, yet I was the one who gave the pain.
For I couldn't see,
The problem had been me.
For thirteen years, I didn't know, my eyes dripped rain.

I didn't get along with peers
For thirteen long years
For thirteen endless years of tears
For long I bottled up my pain and tears

It flew so hard and hit me,
Where the problem lay,
And now I can say:
And now I know, and now i see.

The problem was not you, but me.
