The female screams
The amp-machines
The beating of sticks on a drum
The lights, blue and pink
The place where you can’t think
The smell of smoke and rum
The wide open chest
The jeans clinging like a caress
The locks flowing like falls
The ink-marked arms
The metallic ear charms
The scratchy, screamy voice-drawls
The feeling of sound
The beat all around
Flowing through me like a hazy shock
The quiet of life
The tranquil of the night
Are not heard over the sounds of rock
