Wearing a white polo shirt and tan pants,
The golfer ponders his great tee-off stance.
Studying the beautiful green terrain,
The golfer prepares to take careful aim.
Taking one last look at the course,
He smashes the ball with tremendous force.
The ball flies as far as it can be seen,
Hovering over the first whole green.
Descending down towards the small greens hole,
The golfer prays to miss the deep sand bowl.
As the ball drops, three feet from the blue flag,
He gathers his thoughts, and picks up his bag.
As he walks down the long and green fairway,
He thinks of how he will do on the day.
He grabs his putter and takes a big swing.
His putter hits the ball and makes a ping.
As the ball rolls though the short cut green grass,
He wonders if it will have enough gas.
The ball rolls straight towards the big black dot.
He feels great relief when he sinks the shot.
