I'm a clock that's out of time,

I'm a book that's gotten wet,
I'm a bill with unpaid debt,

I'm a bulb that doesn't glow,
I'm a ball that never rolls,

I'm a fence that runs uneven,
I'm a faith no one believes in,

I'm a line always misspoken,
Why would you want something broken?
