California Dreams
I could see it now,
the sun shining down,
where the winters are warm,
the ground not covered in snow,
California would be the place to live.
The ocean so calm and relaxing like right before you fall asleep,
the sand from the beach in between my toes,
the waves hitting the rocks on the shore.
A house by the beach
oh how nice that would be.
People to meet and so many places to see,
maybe even meeting a couple of celebrities.
Driving around Rodeo Drive with a convertible,
the top down and the wind blowing my hair.
With oversized sunglasses blocking the sun,
where the weather would be nice almost every day,
and the big palm trees dancing in the California breeze.
Soaking up the California sun,
that would be so much fun.
That would be a dream come true.
