Oh, I've missed you Darling.
I've missed that big REAL smile,
and those soft beachy waves.
I've missed the inevitable sunburns, and the late-night star-gazing.
I've missed the sparkle in your eyes
filled with a contentment so pure.
I've missed those long summer days,
spent laughing, running, talking, jumping, and laying in the sun.
The warmth never leaving-
like a part of you.
A part of us.
