A Feeling

I have this hatred that bubbles up inside me.
Sometimes I want to lash out,
And hurt someone,
But I don’t.
I want to hit, to kick, to scream,
But I can’t,
Because I’ll hurt someone.
I feel as if they don’t know me,
And treat me as a problem.
Leave me alone leave me alone,
I scream this in my head.
I think I’ve finally calmed down.
I hope I don’t hurt anyone next time.
