Thank you, Feet
I am writing this poem to thank you my feet,
You have always kept me up beat.
I thank you for keeping me standing tall
On those long, long walks around the mall.
You’ve taken me to places all around the world,
From the Egyptian Pyramids to the Sphinx with its tail curled.
Don’t worry about a blister.
You’ll never be lonely because you’ll always have a sister.
Sometimes you’re tired,
But other times you’re wired.
Feet,
Please never retreat.
