Ridicule

June 11, 2008
By Anonymous

Picked on from day break to day end.
Never any placid place,
to think about things she wants to think about.
All the things that truly matter,
washed away from mind by
stupidity and laughter.
This hopeless case of trauma
shall never end,
until she moves far away
from where her life began.
Insistent teasing will be no more,
being called fat, stupid, and a whore
shall all end when this girl leaves
this tragic terrible terrain.
To have and to hold her own ridicule on her time.
Only letting herself break inside when alone.
For when this girl leaves her place of birth.
She will be truly happy,
and that’s what matters in life.
