You've been my best friend through thick and thin,
Always there for me, and just like my twin.
We've been through the good times and the bad,
And you've never failed to cheer me up when I'm sad.
Lately the world has been tearing us apart,
And I hesitate to tell you that I'm taking it too heart.
I dont want to loose the person who is like my other half,
when I think my life is coming to an end you've been my only laugh.
I hear adults talk about how they've been friends since they were teens,
