The struggle I went through.
The failure of unsuccess.
The pain of disappointment.
The weight of it all.
Burdens upon my back.
Chains of old pains
hang on my neck.
Need someone to take it off.
Someone who will comfort my broken heart.
O the weight of it all.
I hear a voice, and now I can rejoice.
"The Lord comforts his people and will show pity on those who suffer" (Isa.49:13b)
Now I don't have to deal with the
weight of it all.
