I walked along pondering my qualms
I was under the shady palms
A beautiful day on a beach far away
No matter what they say I’ll go my own way
No constant throbbing noise
Nothing to interrupt my poise
Then suddenly I hear a sound
Louder and louder it comes around
I realize the voice of my teacher it be
As I am thrown back to reality
Oh hooray
I get extra homework today
For me that will teach
to have fun on a beach
