Close your eyes for a moment
he asked us,
We smile look around us and oblige.
With our eyes shut, a blank canvas appears waiting for a picture to arrive.
I'magine a cave, he whispers.
Suddenly i can see it there,
I await the clue to our picture
Maybe it will be a bear?
Then however he changes
What can you smell he says, a flow of words came to me I'm glad I'm not there.
Now see what you can do I'mages galore.
I'm actually starting to like this I think ill write some more.

The author's comments:
Our class was asked to write a short poem about what we see when we close our eyes. While our tutor gives us descriptive words. I decided to write about this event.
