There’s no sunshine
Just rain
Beating down on me
As I stand in the rain
I’m just standing there
Soaking wet
Breathing the world in
With every breathe
With arms wide open
Head tilted back
I’m enjoying this moment
As the time lapse
This is home
I feel it in the breeze
With every rain drop coming down
And the shaking of the trees
So here I stand
Without a sun in sight
Just the fall of the rain drops
And the enjoyment of life
An enjoyment that I will forever keep
I hope I never wake from my most
precious dream
