Wind blows with mellow calmness.
Sun shines on shading palm trees.
Weather not too hot, not too cold,
Just perfect.
Coming out of hellish ,stark Texas,
Now in heavenly California.
Los Angeles smog fills lungs,
breathing in great aroma.
Covina,
Old, littered with memories.
Familiar house, familiar faces,
Miss them all.

Beach is a must tonight.
Never at night before,
Must tonight.

Night overtakes busy city,
Chilling wind,
cools Huntington Beach.

Sand pleasantly cool,
Water surprisingly warm.
Los Angeles, place of my birth,
Why did I ever leave?
