Thunder and rain,
It's April again.
The storm is coming.
Grab the flashlights.
The winds a-humming,
Hidden with secret frights.
There's nothing like cold stomy nights
And seemingly endless midnights.
You go down below.
I am a friend to the storm,
Though you a possible foe.
There is nothing it can form
And nothing it can take.
But do not think it a fake
It is here, it is real
The storm will make you feel
April's heartache.
That's all a storm can take
From you
And from it, too!
