I can hear the voices fade away.
Now it is silent.
It’s peaceful now.
I can hear myself think,
I can appreciate the sounds of nothingness.
I can focus on what I want
I can feel the cool breeze on my skin.
I can finally appreciate the silence.
I can hear the voices fade away.
Now it is silent.
I want the voices back.
The ringing, the quiet, it’s deafening.
There is nothing else, just ringing.
Louder, louder than can be imagined.
It’s mocking me now, I can’t escape.
The silence…it’s killing me.
