Summer together
You hold me close
You hole me high
You dry my tears
When I cry
We play outside
Go on the swings
The song of our love
Is what the wind sings
You hold my hand
Hold it tight
I try to stay with you
With all of my might
But the so called adults
Who call themselves wise
Tore us apart
Made my scars a larger size
They took you away
So I could have you no more
Tears stain my cheeks
My heart is so sore
The singing wind has died
Before the song was done
The swings that had two people
Now have none
My heart longs for the summer
Breeze to pick up the tune
So it can sing it to us
As we sit under the moon
Hand in hand just as
It was meant to be
The world singing our song to us
The song for you and me
