Lips are for talking.
Wanting to let go,
But not being able to resurface
From the deepest depths
Of the ocean.
The words sink in like old
Pirate treasure in the
Forgotten seas.
They are stuck in your
Body like ink from a
Tattoo.
They’re like a drug,
Almost impossible to
Get away from.
Lips are for talking..
But not that way.
