Darkness

I find the light switch on the wall
but I do not turn it on
The darkness waits for me
pooling in black puddles
The shadows encase the room
filling it with a dark ora
as I step into darkness so potent it takes my breath away
I see nothing but the dark
and I feel nothing but the rush of the uknown
and, into the abyss I step
