Warzone
Riding along in the humvee
Listening to the lutenant speak
My hands trembling and sweating
I pray to god asking for a blessing
BOOM! A bomb goes off near the car
The sound was so loud, it was heard afar
Scrambling out of the humvee
Dirt and bullets and fragments flying all around me
Opening fire on all the towel heads
I will not stop until they are all dead
Fellow soldiers falling around me
There’s a personal vengeance building inside of me
I will keep fighting until my last breath
Even though I am staring into the face of death
We are surrounded by enemies, I must drop my gun
This battle may be lost, but the war has just begun
