Maybe.
My heart stops,
my body freezes.
I didn't expect to see you here.
I hide.
You spot me.
You wave, so I wave back
hoping that's all it will come to.
I'm wrong
you start to walk over.
I try and think of the right words to say
but all that comes to mind is,
I Love You.
We talk,
I'm hoping you can't tell I'm holding my breath,
or that I miss you,
or that all I want to do is jump into your arms,
and kiss your lips.
I tell you I miss seeing you
but you know it's more then just that.
you tell me you have to go, But we'll see each other soon
But you've said that before,
and nothing has changed.
I'm playing your games,
and I can't stop, I'm addicted.
So I'll believe you, again.
We say goodbye, and go our separate ways.
I hope this time your serious.
Maybe this time
Just maybe
you won't be lying to me.
