not ready for what's to come

my clock keeps flashing the same time.
i'm too lazy to change it,
or is it that i'm to scared to change it?
too scared to move on with my life?
too much of a wimp to explore life?
i'm always scared to start my day,
always scared to see if you change.
always scared if my friends get mad at me,
always scared if i get in trouble,
always scared if i do something…
do something i'll regret.
