Drops fall from the sky, retreating from the
thunderous
claps above.
Pit-pat
pit pat.
The water trickles to a new destination. Down a
long slope
the water begins to fall, softly dripping down a
flawless cheek,
giving an emotional release to the
hurt,
and the
broken.
