Fear is a man filled with pain
Fear is the deep abyss of a hideous monster.
Fear is the internal sorrow that brings all living things to a halt.
Fear is the darkness in people’s heart.
Fear is the sound of horrible screeches that echo throughout the world. Fear looks like a hand crushing our hopes and dreams away. Fear is like a vacuum; it can suck the life out of us.

*In this personification writing piece, I used sentence pattern # 1 and I used a simile.

The author's comments:
I was inspired to write this poem to take about fear and how it affects peoples lives.
