I dreamt of a place,
A heavenly place, where we could roam
A beautiful wonder where I could play,
Where the clouds were only but sea foam.
Loving and caring the angels would be,
Just like the flowers, it’s a wondrous sight,
Holy and beautiful, and as white as snow,
Oh, how wonderful, their cloaks being so bright.
We have no body to lag around,
We’re as free as the birds in the evening sky.
How nice it is to just float around,
I could float super high.

Ever since I’ve dreamt that dream,
My life seems only to be plain,
But now I look onward to that time
Where Jesus comes to claim my name.
