Sinuous curves budging towards the surface
transfigure with the entity beneath its pallid drape.
The pastel silhouette masking a hand delicately
flowing towards the edge.
The aspiration of grasping the corpse lingering
idly by slowly diminishing.
Frenetically searching for something to touch,
tumultuously clutching for the warmth of the departure,
repairing the creases that were severely missed.
Silence bequeathing the dormitory as the blinds are
drawn up once more on the departure.
