A Lone Wolf's Bind
The lone wolf walks in the rain
Softly crying, hurting from the pain
Her feet softly shifts through the grass
 Rain pounding in heavy mass

A pair walks to and fro
 Smiling, kissing, whispering in low
A beautiful alpha and his mate
Enjoying the rain in this night of late

 The wolf turns in disgust
Her heart at the point of bust
The pain, the envy, flaming burn
Poison in her heart, turn and turn

The rain hits the earth hard
Her face cold and plastic like a card
Angry and sad at the thorn in her side
She went to a tree and there, she reside

There, she prayed to be set free
She prayed and prayed “Empty me!”
But the thorn still hath reside
Never does it seem to be set aside

 Then, she confessed and repented
 And even sadly lamented
 But her heart sill ached
 Like a bread being baked

So, she prayed to Christ her story
And her to be used only for His Glory
With no answer seemed to be left behind,
The lone wolf turned, walking away with a wearied mind

 She waits, still forever bind…
