Living on the Verge
Never knwing what is heard
Life is a struggle
My life is hard
I been on drugs and cant stop
If I fall, I'll drop
I have no one there
No body whose got my back so I continue to sit there, letting it get slapped
I got a man, yes, it's true but he's a broke man just like you
He's on the streets still hustling with his crew
He says I do what I want, yea I do what I do and oh, yes, I gotta crew too
Except with us we wear less clothes you may call us hes
Us women, we have to stand strong
We have to live life no matter if we living it wrong
I grew up real fast
Life is all about getting that cash so I sit in my normal spot showing both the front and the back
Education that is what I lack
Never got taught from no private school living a life that was rude and cruel
Having no family, got ghetto little friends
One thing I knew was the struggle never ends
Whrn I look back over all I've done
None of it was even that fun
At the end of the day, i know that I chose
I chose to be still here with these hoes
I couldve changed, couldve workd a little harder but this here is my running starter
Me starting to write now this I know i can do
Writing about my dreams Im gonna make come true
