The Costume
It was Halloween
when my sister and I
were dressed in our costumes.
I was little red riding hood,
and my sister was a nun.
I was coming down the stairs when
I stepped on my sisters costume
and we both slipped down the stairs.
My mom came rushing to see what had happened.
When she heard us laughing
she checked if we were bleeding
or had cut our selves, but we did not.
As she was checking my sister,
she saw that the bottom of her
costume
was
ripped.
She took the dress and went to sew it.
She sewed it wrong.
She did not notice until my sister, put it on
the dress was gathered so my mom took it off her
unsewed it, and sewed it again correctly this time.
She put it on her and took our picture.
