"It's strange, holding on to letting go. . ."

I don’t want to write another dead man’s poem.

I refuse to write another dead man’s poem.

Feels like that’s the only way I’m going to get any type of recognition.

Love me now or love me never!

I’m spilling my heart all over these pages hoping I’m not writing a dead man’s poem.

This disappointment makes me feel like a dead man walking, so tell me you’ll look.

Take a peek at this dead man’s poem.

You probably don’t care.

You probably won’t care until I’m ashes and dust.

So this is the end of my dead man’s poem.
