Death is a hole in the ground.
Worms, blackness. A cold,
Eternal emptiness. A burning,
Hateful redness. A mold.
Death is a stairway to the sky.
Song, light. A warm,
Eternal embrace. Cool,
Righteous might. A balm.
Death is a doorway.
The unknown, the grey. A long,
Eternal continuance. A
Brand new day. On and on.
