The Hills

As you can see through my eyes

The hills you see tell such lies

The dark hill hates with the other one near

The hill alone is filled with fear

Neither sees without the other’s eyes

Neither sleeps without the other’s lullabies

The innocent one is beaten to the bone

Yet it is the one that stands strong and alone
