I love the mornings,
And the restless nights.
The feeling of me and you,
Side by side.
No one around to tell us what to do,
As we make the top turn,
The sun starts to bloom.
The pounding of your feet,
The cool breeze in our hair,
The sweat dripping down,
And the making of perfection.
No job I love more than the one I do,
Everyday I look at you,
I'm proud to know I was the jockey that trained you.
