I woke up early this morning
To sound of glass breaking,
To the wind blowing
Down the slender trees.
I was hoping today the sky
Would have been beautiful.
The blossoms would have
Been yellow and blue
But I feel asleep to the song
Of children crying and parents yelling.
Instead of the song of
laughter like usual.
I just want this day to
End!
