"The things you own end up owning you. It's only after you lose everything that you're free to do anything."

I walk on and on with a kink in my neck
And a bounce in my stride nonetheless
I'm freeing myself from the bonds, inch by inch
And cleaning myself of this mess

I keep pushing forward with mistakes and regrets
But I'll casually toss them all away
'Cause I'm looking forward to a new adventure
Each gloomy and golden day

I've got a swagger to my step and a steady migrane
But I'm pushing the limits everyday
'Cause I believe I can make it through the smallest loophole
No matter what obstacle lands in my way

So keep up your claims on my "immaturity"
Because the truth is what you say is what you are
I'm striving for success and I'm aiming for the moon
But on the way I'm gonna catch a couple stars
