Past moments stop my beating heart
Butterflies flutter
My stomach flips over and over and over
A tear
Forming in the corner of my eye
My cheek
Grows wetter by the minute
I sniff and wipe my face
Clean up
Forget
Pushing everything to the back
Forget
Memories that tear at my heart
Ripping Breaking
Forget!
Moving on to better things
Things I deserve
Not to be stuck
Stuck in these painful memories
Hurt
Regret
Determination
Forget.
