I am so depressed

By
I am so depressed
And I have to study,
So I try to rest
And blame everybody.

I feel like I am stranded
In want of many things done.
Can’t remember where my thoughts had landed,
Or from where they had begun

Splitting headache and neck pain
Laziness took over my body.
Like a splinter in my brain
Or like my corpse is a study.

My brain is in a coma,
Though my body is hyper
Creating a fretful aroma,
Like an overly used diaper!

Stitching together words that rhyme,
To express my current situation.
A desperate attempt to pass the time
And get rid of conscious irritation.

It’s like I’m half-dead
Or caught in a cobweb,
Although I’m lying on my bed
Watching the time ebb.
If you think this is funny,
I’m afraid you’re hallucinating.
And if you think I’m a dummy,
You are very irritating.
