the golden rule

he sits on the couch,you sit in the chair
he looks at you and you stare at him
you both fight back tears
you let your fear take over and say im getting an abortion
tears start to pour from your eyes
he says no you say then what do you want to do ?
you stare at each other then you stare at me, the sadnees and the maddness of your unborn child.I silently think do they want me?As you make your dessicion.
you exspect silence but I say how cruel is the golden rule when the lives we live are only golden plated?
