There are some times in life when I cannot stand my mother,
When it seems like she has no idea what my life is like.
There are so many differences between her generation and mine.
She has so many rules and limitations for me…. I know she didn’t have this many.
Not only is it the rules, but then there is her just being…well, her.
She is trying to fit in with my friends-
The random dancing ridiculously in the store,
And all of the phrases that are never used anymore.
Most of the time I cannot stand my mother,
But what would I do without her?
She cares so much and is so, just, there for me when I need it the most.
Even though she doesn’t get me…
I still love her no matter what.
