Good Bye

Good bye is a hard thing to say
When you have to go far away
When you have to leave family behind
And they are all (sometimes) kind
You wish you could stay and watch
Those little ones grow
But you have to go
Back to your resposibilities
Though not everyone agrees
You have friends at home waiting for you with open arms
But you'll miss the mountains, trees, and farms
So as i wave from afar
Driving away in my car
I shead a tear
Take a deep breathe and think of next year
