I was once there
sitting in the grass, looking
for a hint of care.

I was a dreamer, imagining the unreal
but opened my eyes to a realm of truth;
not holding onto the past.

I wouldn't stop looking
beyond the clouds and past where the sun is looking
and where dreams meet reality
are the base of every start.
Please push beyond
as you think with more heart.

I was a night owl, watching and waiting
till I saw the vision I saught
came shining, a start of no other.

I was a morning bird, getting out before the rest;
awaiting for the day to come
and rushing through the rest.

My pants are getting stained
with the bright green of hope
and dew that causually evokes
matter that's unexplained
with the bright green of hope.

I was a star gazer, wishing at every flying light
wishing to be shining that bright
in a sea of despair.

I was a camper, hundled around fire
inspiring my heart to consume wood
at a burning rate.

I wouldn't stop looking
beyond the clouds and past where the sun is looking
and where dreams meet reality
are the base of every start.
Please push beyond
as you think with more heart.
