A Restriction Addiction Depiction by Me, the Host of the Monster

By , Eau Claire, WI
These bones are covered
In a disgraceful blubber;
They need a lover.

But guys crave threadlike.
You'll find no man wasting time
With a wide waistline.

If I had thin thighs,
Would envy and awe suffice?
Would zero make it right?

See, I can't read minds.
But I can read truthful scales,
And mirrors don't lie.

This is my own game.
I shaped the rules, the pain,
And I still can't win.

Float or sink, can't swim.
The current flows with the words:
To survive, be thin.
