The mistakable capital of Canada,
We believe in ground hog's Day and the white beard Santa,
A city with infrastructures blooming like the trillium glandiflora,

Ode to Toronto,
Which entertained us in Basketball, Baseball and Hockey,
There are unrealistic neighbours that forget to lock their doors with house keys,
Which made us look like fools that were outwore, Until,
The CN tower grew tall viewable from our neighbour's door,

Ode to Toronto,
For maintaining the city clean for an environmentally friendly land,
From which we built national parks and Canada's Wonderland,
Which puts a smile on our face for each ride we demand,

Ode to Toronto,
Which is in the province of Ontario,
A city with a grand population of more than a million,
Which carries the proud heritage of our brothers and sisters in poetries written,
