I feel like it’s too late
To apologize for everything
That I’ve ever done wrong.
I feel like it’s too late
To change what I’ve become
Back to what I was…
If I could ever turn back,
I would do it in a heartbeat.
I feel like it’s too late
Because I’ve given up all hope
And I say I’m okay
But no one understands or sees
Behind that lie.
I feel like it’s too late
To many tears I have shed
And the past will never change.
They say it’s never too late…
But then why does time exist?
