Each day & Every moment
that is spent
without you in my life
I am not whole
I waste away, pondering
what could have been
and what never was
I thought you'd be the ONE
to save me from my tower.
To awaken me from
this lifeless state of
lonliness.
But i was wrong.
You were off
trying to save a damsel
that need not be rescued.
So now all that i am
is torn.
Unsure of my desire.
shall i pour my heart out
THIS ONE LAST TIME
or walk away and ponder...
...what could have been
