Letter To My Past
I am from trailors, and mountians
A town fo Rodeo and Country
I come from a long line of fighting
The German side of me speaks ignorance
The Irish side speaks quiet and beer
I come from a long line fo broken people
Grandparents i don't even know
I am from many marriages that don't last long
A jail is a home for most
A lost sister
A young confused brother
And a brother with dreams too high to catch
Parents that stay together even if they are miles apart
I have been taught to never run away
My mother's fire burns inside of me
While my father's quietness shows
I come from Natural Blondes with green eyes that change with my mood
A lot of my ancestors were lost in time but yet are found in me every day.
