I love you, my goddess of time
You keep track of my daily life,
The things that swear to end in strife,
Laying and not breathing my end

You told me yesterday you heal,

That is what you seek to provide,
Along with your promise of life,
Laying and not breathing my end.

Later I found out something else,
“You must grieve in order to dine.”
Said the conditional wave Time,
Laying and not breathing my end.

I should presume that she killed me,
Yes if you must know I am dead,
But that is just the way it is.
Laying and not breathing my end.

The author's comments:
One of my best works written, the inspiration stems from my problems with time, and the past. I decided to name her, the goddess, after Melora Creager of Rasputina. The last name was mind-picked. I hope you, the reader, will mainly just enjoy it, as poetry is art of fantasy.
