The Championship Game!
I am a softball-
I am caught,
I am thrown.
I am hit,
I am pitched,
And i even get old.
WHOOSH! Across the plate.
BOOM! Over the outfield.
Through all this hard work,
I eventually get worn.
My stitches get torn.
My logo then fades
And the color white
Dulls
To gray.
Then stored in the shed,
With all the shovels
And tools.
With all the work I have done,
All the time I have spent,
Every game we have won,
I have loved
Every minute.
